It’s extremely important in the catering industry today, to be sensitive to special dietary needs. We get a significant number of requests for menus that contain gluten free, vegetarian and vegan menu items.
Our catering business has taken a lot of the guesswork out for our potential clients, so when you visit our menus online and schedule us we indicate which items we can prepare gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan. When we set up a buffet for your event we include small menu signage that corresponds with the items, indicating which ones are gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan. That relieves any anxiety on the part of your guests as to which items are appropriate for their dietary needs.

All Semi & Formal Catering priced per person, per guest prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests. (GF) gluten free, (V) vegetarian, (VG) vegan
Hot and cold Hors d’oeuvres are available for any event and can be added to any menus.

We can accommodate and customize your menu with you. A Minimum order for platters is $300.00 State Sales tax and Gratuity 15% added for service fee to end of bill. If over 50 Miles travel fee will be added to bill. Service contract must be signed and all deposits paid prior to your date being reserved on our booking calendar. All catering payments must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event. There is a required deposit on all catering or booking including a Cancellation fee and non-refundable deposit.

Wedding Catering all Semi & Formal Caterings includes sweetened & unsweetened tea, water with lemon slices. We supply buffet equipment and beverage table Linen. Premium upgrade disposable plates, cups, napkins and dinnerware. Rental for White Stone dinnerware, stemmed glassware and stainless steel dinnerware and napkins upgrade call for pricing per person.

Bartending Package #1 – Bartender 20.00 per hour per bartender. Minimum four hours.
Bartending Package #2 – Bartender 55.00 per hour per bartender and bartending supplies which include: napkins, straws, plastic party cocktail cups, wine/beer opener, chasers (choose 2), lemon, lime, and cherries. This package accommodates up to 150 people. Over 150 people, call for pricing. *Other beer, wine and spirit drinks not included. Also bartending supplies such as wine glasses, champagne flutes or beverage glasses are billed separately. We can supply Sangria Bar, Gin, Vodka, Bourbons, Wine, Beer, Champagne billable separate.
